Beading rear bumper wrong
Hello, got my car back from the painter and he did a bad job with the beading on the rear right. Does anyone know how to fix this without cracking the paint?
He used kit to keep the beading in place, not staples. I figured I have to very patiently cut through the kit because pulling kit could take paint with it. And then I suppose tighten the screws on the inside connecting the bumper and the fender. I am just wondering if that will crack the paint. Maybe I have to losen a few screws first?

Is "kit" glue? That's POM-slang I've never heard before.
If he painted it properly (which means he used flex additive) the paint shouldn't crack when the bumper is removed.
The beading is cheap. Rather then try to make it work as it is, I'd either have them remove and reinstall it properly with a new one, or do it myself. If the paint cracks, you've got other issues to take up with the shop that did the work.

Thanks for the replies!
I got the rear removed today. I am glad I know how it works now Actually it is quite simple. You just remove the 5 screws in each wheel case, accessible when you attach all your extensioners to each other so you get one long bad *** thing of 25cm orso. And then loosen the 4 screws in the middle and you're done. Well you might want to do the screws in the middle first.
I have cut away the kit (flex additive I think, black rubbery stuff). The problem is that most of the screw-threads attached to bumper are broken off or too short to get a bolt on. Only 2 out of 5 on each side was still attached. My plan is to make new holes next to the existing ones where it's too short and put in in new ones. If anyone has another suggestion, that would be great. It might be possible to glue two screw-threads together end to end, although I am not sure if there is glue strong enough for that.
I have put it back together today and gonna order new beading.
