I'm not really sure how remarkable this one is, but it is local to me and I could help check it out:

I don't recall seeing this one around, and it is *very* local to me. Must not be driven much.
I will be out of town (Charleston, SC) starting tomorrow morning and won't be back for 10 days. If it's still there, I can help.

Nice looking car. No mention of the major services, so this is a qualified candidate for dr bob's $5k in parts complete rubber refresh program as it comes off the transporter. Maybe some of that will be saved if the brake pads are still in great condition. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out.

Or, they don't have the know-how to post additional photos and thought that that one best showed the interior color and condition?

This is a rare 'no rear AC' car. Maybe the seller wanted to highlight that feature in the single interior shot.
Any car offered like this deserves a real walk-around before seriously considering it, and a full PPI before dropping the money on it. The pics and description are just teasers to get you to look.
K is playing golf in Santa Barbara this weekend. Wonder if she'd notice if I did a quick drive-by...

Welcome home! Fires are out, so it's safe to come back, right? I know, not funny...
Never went up to peek at it. The weekend holidays when K is oway are precious. I can get a load of fun things done without all the helpful advice and prioritizing I usually get. So I spent part of a day running wiring for my office and home theater, cutting holes in walls and drilling holes in expensive new cabinetry and furniture. The rest on a computer recovery project.

With any luck, it sold for close to his ask, and another car is in the hands of an enthusiastic new owner. Or, with no bites at all, it's in the garage storage unit for another year.

It was deleted, but it is back now:

I don't remember what it was before, but it sure seems like a lot more info is there now. Is the price different?

Maybe so...
None of the owners I know are selling. At the Porsche breakfast on Saturday the local indy mechanic and I were speculating about all the gems hidden in the garages of Montecito and Hope Ranch. He knew of a very special 911 (RS America?) that hadn't been driven in 10 years because of owner injury. I already posted about the '93 GTS at Milpas motors. The low miler '95 GTS from last fall came from Hope Ranch. I have no doubt that there will be more to come. I'm going to try and talk a buddy who wrecked his Boxter into getting this one. He needs a better/safer commuter after getting t-boned in the rain on San Marcos Pass (2 lane highway, twisty, etc.).
