Window Switch Question

Does anyone have an alternative for the little copper tabs that you need to be really careful with. I wasn't and am trying to avoid new switches. Thanks.

take a feeler gauge and find the correct size and trim to fit

Thanks Merlin. I had forgotten I still had a filler gage from my solid lifter Corvette days. Looks like 23 guage at $6/sheet will make enough for several more years of dropsies.
