Has anyone ever used the rotors from r1concepts? They look nice and offer cross drilled rotors for "S" brakes. Their feedback on ebay is very good. Anyone seen these things?

years ago there were tons of cheap rotors for the BMW groups... most found really weird wear patterns as well as cracked rotors on non drilled versions used ONLY ON THE STREET
Looking back at my records, I bought a pair of 'Brembo' rotors for my BMW 525i wagon in May '06, they were only ~$45 a piece, and I remember thinking how cheap that was. Well, they were warped within 8,000 miles. Like, major shimmy at speed (and not due to the infamous E34 UCA bushing issue). I replaced them with genuine BMW bits at $90 a pop.
At least the box said Brembo, and it was spelled correctly......

I'm buying R1 Concepts rear brake rotors with Zimmerman fronts. Deciding to cut costs by going non-cross drilled for a while. My Dad uses R1Concepts Rotors on 2 Mercedes in his garage. No problems after 3 years on one of them, the other still has brand new rotors on it with ceramic brake pads. No complaints either with that one!
