AFAIK, when Audi mechs do a belt change (around 60K miles), they usually only change the pulley.
I've seen some belt changes at 60-70K at my friend's shop, and the parts looked and felt as new.

Note that the airpump bracket is a totally different design for extra strength, not just an add-on.

So what is the difference.....the airpump version just has an extra mounting location for additional strength? Or is it needed?

Which Audi parts are needed? Are they off a 2.7/2.8L V6?
