Default Need a Delaware Shop??

I just received my 90' S4 off the fedex truck. I am a new owner, and hope to have a picture or two up soon. I am looking for a decent shop in the Delaware area. The car sounds as if it needs new rear bearings. The rear is producing a loud whinning hum above 30 mph, neutral transmission at speed wont quiet the noise. I have owned a few cars with loud tires, and this is not that sound. Any other suggestions? Other than that the car is great.

Dave,
You WILL NOT do better than to take the car to Earl - above. Top notch service, knows the cars from stem to stern, and will be a great teacher - if you want to learn to work on your car yourself.

Also, now that you have a 928 - why not join the Owners Club, and partake in the several events where 928 owners get together. Web site is: www.928OC.org

Cheers, and welcome to a great group of people who really enjoy and appreciate these cars.

Earl is great, rates are reasonable, and he will let you help and learn. Doesn't get any better than that.
