Even though it started, still check the obvious - battery connections and ground points - your diagnosis was descriptive of those simple and free issues (which I've had myself).
If you haven't done so yet, clean all grounds to nice and shiny, especially that great big fat one underneath at the engine on the passenger side (diagrams are in the WSM and in the FAQ sticky at the top of this page), since the problem could reoccur. It costs nothing to perform this simple maintenance task. Likewise, clean the battery posts real well - nice and shiny, and the connectors, and put it back together. This way, next time if it happens, you'll at least be able to rule this out.
