Auto Trans shift noise
Easter Greetings
Yeasterday I took my 88 S-4 out of storage and I now have a "errrragh" sort of a whining, with a hint of grinding sound when it shifts from second to third and again when it shifts back from third to second on a down shift. All the other gears sound and shift fine. The transmission is working perfectly otherwise. The fluid is realatively new and at the right level. There was no unusal noises when I parked it last fall. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?
