The most common way to bypass the RDK is to unplug the ECU and run a jumper wire across two pins on the ECU harness connector. Less common would be to follow that with removal of the RDK ECU.

Ideally, all that is required is to remove the jumper wire. Plug in the ECU and install wheels with the RDK sensors. If the RDK ECU's been removed then you'd need to find one.

If other means, perhaps involving wire cutters, were used to "bypass" the RDK then it may not be so simple.
