Default A tough decision 81' 5-speed for sale...

Hey gang,

I unfortunately have to make the VERY tough move and sell my 928.

It's a 1981 US 5-speed with 77,000 miles. Most of you know I have put alot of work into this car but I can't keep up with it. It doesn't get driven and I won't have a place to store it soon. As everyone knows these cars need to be driven or things start to go wrong. I rebuilt the top end and have documented everything here: http://s68.photobucket.com/albums/i32/chewy8000/928/

It has 996 wheels and tires, many powder coated and polished engine parts went into the rebuild as well. the interior is VERY nice with the exeption of the normal dash seperating from the windshield or heat shrinkage. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Thanks
Tristan

It looks like a very clean car. Good luck with the sale.

Price?

Pretty car. You have to post a price if you are going to list it here.

I guess it's a sport package.

When you say rebuild are you talking about the engine? If anything I would see that as a benefit.

Any other issues that a potential new owner may need to know about. Any shots of the interior?

Price is very attractive considering the condition.

Sure I will post them tonight of the interior. Only issue I have noticed is the shifter gets stuck in 2nd gear at stop lights sometimes but not often. Not sure if that is sincros or what. Also hard to start in freezing weather. Cold start valve?

I'm looking forward to seeing more pics too. That's a great looking 928. I like the lip-spoiler in the back... and those wheels!
