I bought the front set, but I didn't know they were the only set in existance. Here is a pic, and yes they are high quality, just as Rog stated.

Since we can't get the sway bars anymore, will this pretty much do what the larger sway would do?

Don't mean to hijack, but I have to clarify this statement.

They do work similar, just not to the same level. Our sway bars have the same leverage adjustment holes, but on a stiffer sway bar (see pic).

Our Performance Rears Sway Bars are in stock and certainly available.

Fronts have been an issue because the only guy at ADDCO who knew how to make them up and left one day. He went to a remote cabin in Montana somewhere never to be heard from again. We are having to start all over with ADDCO on the fronts. I couldn't beleive this could happen with a company like ADDCO, but it's the truth. As soon as I get off my a$$ and give them one of my cars for a few weeks we will have fronts again. Problem is I seem to always be using them for one project or another.

Let us know the status, I know we've been trying to get 5-10 of them from you in the past couple of months, there are a lot of guys here that would like to have some, me included. I understand the issues with ADDCO.

But if we can just use these instead, and get pretty close to the same performance....well, you know. That was the reason for me asking.

I also can attest to the quality and function of these "steroids". Been using them on street and track cars for about 8 years. No NOISE from them, as the connectors are very high quality. They really significantly reduce the body lean during hard cornering. Glad to see they are back on the market. Thanks Louis, and Roger.

I see the instruction sheet for the Rears says "fits 1981-1995" Why wouldn't they work on '78-'80 ? I know it is a thinner bar but the drop links appear to be the same across the years so what is the issue ? Is the mtg. arrangement different ? Just curious ;-)

The red channel piece that bolts to the sway bar has a narrower channel for the '78 - '80 bars. I have those too, but there are few requests for them. When someone wants a '78-'80 sized set, I'll make a set.
