If there is bad weather, where are you going to store your collection?

What time you guys want to start? I just threw the date out.

Will prep the cooler on Friday. Any preferences outside of my standard Gatorade and universal solvent?

Rog any other WYAI's I may need feel free to bring them.

Sean, figured out my miss at idle while it was in gear. Was the timing. It was advanced about 20 degrees. Set it at 12 and fine. Does not ping anymore either like it did. Revs smooter also.

That's some good beer.

And if anyone has access to fly wheel locks, I've got one, Rog has one (shop use and don't want to open a new one) bring those. Tool wise I'm sure we are covered, I'll load a bunch of mine up. Brads shop is pretty well stocked up but if you have some extra paper towels or disposable rags, those will help.

Make sure that you guys bring your own distilled water (2 gallons) and coolant (2 gallons) and some brake cleaner, Brads floor will melt if we use carb cleaner. I'll have the stuff to rebuild the tensioners if you choose not to go with the Porktensioner. The Porken 32vr tool will also be on hand.

If the lift is open, then we might just be doing my motor mounts/pan gasket too, which is a good tech session for those that want to do their own. This will depend on room.

Plan on spending at a minimum of 10 hours working and since we will be doing a few the more hands the better. I know I'll want to step back and let someone else in there to play around.

Let's have a fun time doing it guys.

Are we going to start on your time, or mine? I start around 4:30 on the weekends. I guess I will wait till 8:00 or so.

Remember NO CARB CLEANER... BRAKE CLEANER IS FINE...

Will bring pleanty of supplies.... and a few more 3/8 wobblies..... they break pretty easy under brads use.

8 it is.

I have stuff to do my thermostat also, will bring it.

Sean, any advantage to the porktensioner on my 16v? What is cost difference between rebuilding mine and buying porktensioner.

Kicking around the Y pipe also, then heading up to muffler shop and getting rid of the pumpking at the back. No more emissions test as of Jan 1 which doesn't suck!

Then just rear axle boots (got them from Rog.) and hoping Im done for a while.

Not sure what the advantages/disadvantages are yet, but I rebuilt my tensioner in about ten minutes [of course, i probably screwed it up].
