Paul, as usual, your work is top quality. I would need it to be coffee colored, b/c it is going to get stained w/i the first week. I saw some double cup holder on ebay for IIRC $75.00 Not in a million years for a plastic thing.

So I guess having the blender attachment with 90 deg power tap off the torque tube will not be in your 928?

Ice in the chilled glove box.
Blender over the center console.
Margherita's anyone?

Paul, can you tell us the height of this new cupholder? How much additional depth is needed over the stock one to make this work? What is the depth of the stock console?
Thanks

What is the price for the extended console? Or, is that the $75? I'm guessing the $75 is just for the cupholder...extended console sold separately.

My extension add 1.5" to the stock console. There is less than one inch of space inside the stock base.

I charge $250 to restore a stock cassette box. You need to send me your core.
It's an extra $125.00 for the extension.
That includes new French seamed leather covers, padded suede and leather interior and the engraving of your choice.
The cup holder is $75 on top of that.

Thanks

Paul

Paul, can you make a cover for those ugly seat belt buckles? Those things really get to me, even in the most modern and styled interiors they keep using the same old ugly design. Must be a regulation thing.

This is definitely on my project list. These things bug me too. Aston and Bentley have nice leather covers for the seat belt buckles, I don't see why our cars should have any less

In the works my friend

Hello all, and a big hello and thanks to Paul.

The 928, has been the only car that I have owned that wasn't viewed from the cup holder up/out, I am sure, that although this cup holder is a work of art, it will not slur my view enough to look at my 928 as a mobile coffee machine.

It looks great though, I will be excitedly checking the post daily waiting for this and the load cover/boxes to arrive. Paul does such amazing work, I have never seen the like of it before - it definitely was not what I was expecting, it's an awful lot more. And yes I know it's only a cup holder!

You may want to search for a thread IIRC "Did you know that ..." It is many pages long and full of trivia.

That leather cupholder does look nice.

My initial question upon seeing it was 'How do you clean it out when you slosh your sticky soda into it'?

Yeah, I'm Mr. Practicality.

Can you make it rise up and rotate out forward, pivot out from one corner, so the top can be closed again allowing the arm rest to function while the cup holder is in use as well as have a hidden cup holder when it is stowed inside?
I don't want much do I ?
