Default 928 Race Car Graphics

Anybody have a picture of a silver 78-86 928 or 928S without side moldings, taken from the side?

Thanks,

Chuck, I think your car has one of the perfect looks for a 928....Silver paint, no spoilers or rub strips and an aggressive looking wheel set. Very nice !!

Thanks Tass, I think your silver beast looks awesome as well, especially with the GTS mirrors, spoiler, etc.

Here's mine on the track, does not look as aggressive as yours but notice the supior driving ability to keep the 911 boys behind me!!

Actually, I wish I was that good a driver. When I gave them the signal to pass, they blew by me like I was standing still!!!

Door is a different color, flag mirror came from a different car (probably 911...) that had more upright metal area to mount. The flag parts are interchangeable IIRC, bases are different.

OK, guys, here is my first concept for the graphics on Dave's racer.

The idea is to steer clear of the fender flares, and have the company name in a pretty large size. The rectangles that are part of the logo are blown back by the wind, and tumbling in the process. This should give it some "motion", even while the car stands still. The tumbling rectangles are a lighter grey, so the original logo is still recognizable.

Thoughts?

IF anyone saw the Britcar race episode of Top Gear, you'll remember that they messed around with the sponsor name graphics and made a funny with the car doors open.

In the case here, it'll only be 'Cent industrial' with the driver's door open.
Just a thought.

So is the driver's helmet going to have tumbling squares on the left side to match the ones tumbling up the door? Windows will be down for track use.

Thanks Nicole ! I think it's a clever idea One question thats comes to mind tho...how will it be impacted by the need to put race numbers on the doors ?
