Default running again!

Got to spend an enjoyable day back in the garage yesterday, finally got everything back together after installing a new water pump and PKsn'r (nice piece of work) and a few other things. Travel, family and misc issues meant this silly job took a couple months and my wife was getting tired of walking around all the stuff in the garage. And putting all that stuff back together and only a few leftover bolts still on the tool box. Ran the car for a little while (sounds GREAT), got it nice and warm, then discovered a leak at the hose to the reservoir. Good thing I have that turkey baster. Something to sort tomorrow...er...today.

And btw, I'm up because a stupid sinus infection woke me up at 4am and it's impossible to sleep until the Sudafed kicks in. Why the hell are there 17 other idiots reading this forum at this godforsaken hour?!!!?

'morning Mark!

Glad you're back on the road. This is the time I usually get up (which is why I stop posting at 10:00pm ).

It's great when everything is back together and you can turn that key isn't it? I drove around for about an hour after dialing in the CO setting on my car yesterday and it was awesome. My car loves this cold air.

Good luck with the leak and with the sinus infection. Enjoy!

Glad it's al back together and running well, Mark. I understand how it takes longer than you initially expected. Life's a balance.

It felt GREAT to drive around the neighborhood, took it out on the road for a quick blast and damn I have missed driving this car. I'll fix that leaky hose today, provided I can get myself off the couch from watching the Rolex 24. This sinus stuff sucks, feel like total crap, but I think a drive will make me feel better.
