'92 928 GTS 6000 miles, 5 Speed!!!!
#19
I know the car
It is a 94
It has 6000 miles, probably the lowest mile 928 out there.
I know It's been in a temp. controlled garage in the beautiful Santa Barbara coast.
The owner wants a little too much, IMO. But if he sells it for 70K, all 928's will hold a higher value as a result.
He wants no less than that.
Willhoit ran away from the car when he knew the price
Same owner as the 911 turbo.
That's it.

Here is a pic of it in case you were wondering...

Nicobel does not know his 928's either to state that "it is probably the lowest mile 928 out there." Not only do I have the only '92 GTS in the US, my '82 Comp Pkg 928 has 3625 miles on it and my good friend Chuck has Kermit with 1426 miles and I know of a few more ('90 S4 comes to mind w/ 3900 miles) that have fewer than 6k miles too...
Wasn't this the car we talked about several weeks (or even months) ago that we were trying to decide if it was Midnight blue or Iris blue???
Oh, one more point of clarification there were 422ish 928 GTS's imported to the US between '93 and '95...

For the record; Kermit is going up for sale and the decision is purely coincidental with the info I posted a minute ago. I had no idea MW bought the car when I listed Kermit on ebay ~4 hours ago. I did inquire of the seller the asking price since I am in the market for another GTS (I will only buy one I can drive though don't want another garage queen....) Still waiting for my auction to show up......

YEAH RIGHT
LOVE THOSE BLUE's!
I am looking at a 93 GTS auto in Midnight blue actually. I dont want another black car and really dislike Red and the silvers on the 928. There are some really great Porsche Blue's with the Cobalts, Iris's, Midnight's not to mention some other colors that are just up my alley with the Amazon Green's and Amethyst.
When these colors are available, why go with just boring black?
