Default Help Requested - Does Anyone Recognize This Car?

Other than it was on Ebay last Year...????
1990 - S4
I bought it and was able to contact the PO with a little research, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea of the service history before I start the planned projects...
Thought that it would be pretty strange if no one here had an idea.

Thanks,

Regards,

Rob.

Wow! I knew she'd turn up again. That's my ex linen/linen S4. I found it on eBay and bought it from a dealer in Tampa, Fl. I sold it to a guy in Missouri and saw it for sale on eBay a year or so later. These look like the pictures from the eBay listing. Did you buy it from the dealer in Mo. or from someone else that did? Send me a PM and I'll let you know what I know regarding it's history. Do you have any current pictures of it? I just posted some old pics I had on the Random 928 Picture Thread about a week ago. Check page 172.

This kinda feels like being reunited with a lost family member.

Hey Mike,

I'm not that new to the forum, but sending a PM seems to be beyond me....???????

A little direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Rob.

Just click on my id "mcholdfast" above Fezzik, my pup in my avatar. You should see a window with a link to send a private message.

Congrats on the purchase Rob! Oh wow, and here we were just wondering on the Random Photo thread a week ago where your Linen shark ended up eh Mike? Keep us posted on your projects Rob. And should you ever decide to part with her at some point in the future, keep us posted on that too! As I've made it no secret that I'd love to own this car one day due to the color combo being the same as the '90 911 we used to own! Just couldn't quite talk the wife into it when Mike was selling it a couple of years ago. All because it was going to be "her" shark & she wanted a white one!

Rob congrats on the purchase.

Pretty funny how Mike was saying just the other day in the picture thread, "I wonder where she is now?" and a few days later it turns up.

Nice looking shark.

Thanks To All.

Imre, I brought it in in mid May, 2008. Racked up 7,000 miles this summer, and now it's time to let the games begin! I don't think anyone did anything to it since Mike sold it.
