Thinking about selling the 928/Anyone interested?
I need some help figuring out what I should be trying to get for my 928, dollar wise. I'm thinking of selling for something newer. Something I don't always want to go tinker on because my other project car needs attention, bad! The problem is, I don't know if this is a good or bad time to sell a 928, or if our market hasn't really been affected. Has it? Are 928's going for more or less right now? Are they even going? Any opinions would be appreciated.
What do you think a reasonable starting place would be:
1986.5 928S
Black/Black
5 speed
993 style wheels, 7.5"&9" x 17"
new BFGoodrich g-force sport tires in June
Timing belt/water pump in 07/2006 with Bill Ball (Thanks)
intake powder coated
928GT x-pipe with RMB
would come with - Covercraft weathershield outdoor cover, Covercraft form- fit indoor cover, covercraft custom fit sunscreen and shop manuals.
The miles are tricky. P/O didn't fix the odometer gear. It says 129,xxx. I only put about 5-6k per year and I bought it in 10/2005.
Runs great. I've had no other 928's to compare to but it feels strong and fast. Please let me know what you guys think or if anyone is interested.

Not even sure you can give one away.
I seem to recall a few non OB being offered lately and hardly getting noticed at $3500 or $4500!!!!
I say keep it, now is not a time to be selling anything that qualifies as a toy.
