Someone put a lot of effort into something that most of us will not appreciate.

The interior should impress any date.

To each his/her own is right on! Guess we all throw our money away in different ways at the same car.

I would bet that you would be a big hit at the Hot Rod Power Tour in that thing.

You might even get a picture in the magazine.

So, how would we improve it even further?

Thrush sidepipes?

Trailer hitch to pull the johnboat?

Fuzzy Dice?

Ya'll ain't from ah-round heah, is ya'?
Just one more thing I like about Tex-azz.
His car ... his (blurry) vision.
Probably not much difference in the weight distribution.
A lot more HP.
A bit curious about the ride height.
Mostly stock.
Neither a looker, sleeper , or, concours entrant.
Not crazy about the view out of the windshield, or, the aero-dynamics.
Me-thinks youth was involved.

Chuck,

You and I both get plenty of flack about owning VERY EXPENSIVE and valuable 928's with REALLY low miles and never driving them. More than a few folks on this site have already said we have wasted our money! LOL!

If the only way you can justify keeping a 928 on the road is to make it into a big time street rod, then MORE POWER TO YOU! In most of these cases, WAY MORE THAN STOCK POWER to you! LOL!

A zebra-striped fake fur dash cover, little chain link steering wheel and a big blue diamond in the center of the dashboard...

It's not like the guy chopped up a GTS.

Ok, take what Russ said and replace Hemi with Black Widow ZR1. It was the skunk works option for the Corvette ZR1. Started in 1991 or so, offered 475+hp with full emissions equipment out of 350 cubic inches. Not to mention a lighter motor.
Even without that option, the "regular" ZR1 started with 375hp, jumping to 405 soon after.

Looks like something off the ol' Road Warrior flick.

Hey Roger, it's an automatic, you should be all over it.

Is that a 4x4 Monte Carlo I see in the background?!! I would have been KING of my high school with that ride back in the day.

To each their own I guess......but a 454 with a HUGE blower....that has to be 600hp easy..... I like the custom dash controls....very trick (okay I just threw up a little bit)

There is no way the tiny 225's could handle that power at all.....
