JP you are correct it is a stainless insert lip. The centers are removeable. It is a simple process but we suggest it be done by us to ensure that it is done correctly with the correct torque specs and new hardware.

As for the photoshop, that looks awesome. for $75 per center we can have the centers powdercoated before shipping the wheels out. However if I may make a suggestion, I would not color match, I would do a matte or flat black color to give it some contrast. I'm just not a big fan of gloss black wheels on a car thats black.

Fishy? What's fishy about my Photochoppin'? It's all in the spirit of "I wonder what that would look like?"
If you're referring to my MD license plate, that is fishy. It takes a sharp eye who's very familiar with the MD license plate to even notice. In fact it's never been noticed by the authorities, since it's so subtle.
It's just my way of showing this great state of MD that I find the Porsche crest to be more prestigious than the MD state emblem:
