Unfortunately, I will be on a Sigma 38' somewhere in the Solent, doing my Day Skipper Practical Course. I blame Dr. Nick for giving me the bug

I'll be popping down for the first time to take a look at the cars, as I'm considering buying a manual 928 at the moment.

I'm based in staffordshire too Bert, but haven't seen any 928's on the road for a very long time.

If you want to go i can give you a lift.

cheers
john

Alex, no engines ? come on , twin 8ltr V8 mercrusers would be more appropriate for you . Nick how could you.

This is more like it , 202 mph average over 1 Km. down a river .twin supercharged Big Block Chevy V8's

Thanks for the offer John, not sure if i'll get around to it though. If you need any help when you buy your car just let me know. I live in Stoke (trentham). There's a few 928s around here - mostly tucked away in garages though. You do see the odd one flying around from time to time

No problem and thanks for the offer. I'm down in Stafford hopefully with another 928 flying around shortly.

Sure you don't want to buy a supercharged S4 with slightly suspect gearbox.........
