Does anyone know how much these readers cost? I can not seem to find one for sale anywhere to get an idea. I have noticed people suggesting there use in quite a few threads and if the cost is not too bad thought it might be a good idea to get one.

Give Rog a call, he might have one for sale. Can't be sure of that, but he buys all of them that he finds.

I have one that I bought from Roger 2 years ago, with the 19 pin cable, in a custom silver carrying box that I would sell for $500 if you (or anyone else) is interested. They're $650 new from JDS Porsche.
