Just dont give me any more grief about the wooden spacers please. Sometimes you just have to use what comes to hand at the time.

Here's another option from an earlier post:

I found one at JC Whitney for just $14 bucks, and it fits perfect. Don't know how it will hold up, but it appears to be a cost-effective option, and I thought I'd just pass it along. Part number is DFP212-4 if anyone is interested.

..,many thanks for the link OZ, looks like Iv,e got more work than anticipated, although everything is immaculately clean underneath my car, ie alternator etc etc, I seem to be missing the shroud that fits to the alternator, in fact there is total zilch, so will have to start from scratch as it were ?
