I found it, or at least what's left of it. I don't know if it would have been the one you're looking for, since the section with the number you mentioned is missing. This one is definitely not usable.

I had basically the same issue which caused the left side gauges not to work. I cleaned the are with alcohol and used epoxy on the back of the lead to glue it down then using a thin strip of tape on the last 1/16" of the run to hold it in place. Leave the tape on when installing. The female connector will slide up and pass the tape making a fine connection.

Make sure that the tape only covers 1/16" on each side once you fold the flex print.

Just regular clear packing tape. Nothing too complicated my amigo.

You can let the tape extend past the edges and once you fold the flex print, pinch the tape edges and trim.

I got a couple of tires for my ride and I'm going to Riverview either tonight or tomorrow morning with the little monster. I would like to stop by for a few so you have have a quick once over.
