CS wheels and tires from a 89 S4 -no road rash but could use a repaint as the recent repaint has some orange peel. Wheels are 7J (ET 65) & 9J (ET 60) 16's and the rear tires are toyo 245 x 45 x 16 with 90% tread and the fronts are yokohama 225 X 50 X 16 with 40% tread. $800 plus shipping. Also new front spoiler for a 80 to 86 - purchased from 928 International for $400, will sell for $325 plus $25 shipping.

I'm interested in the wheels but only if they're original Club Sports from the 89 GT. If these are the wheels from the red "euromotion" car on eBay, it doesn't look like that's the case. At least the fronts don't appear to have the same shape as the Club Sports shown on Chuck's 928 Registry page for the 89 GT. Can we get some close up pictures of the ones you have for sale?

Great price on the front spoiler

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

The CS wheels really are gorgeous.
Almost so that they make it worth staying with a 16" tire........ i dont think i could part with 19" rubber for them though.

The pic of the red car is is from an eBay auction. I think that the wheels for sale are the ones on the red car but the upcoming pics from the OP should confirm that. They may be Club Sports but they don't look like they're from a 928. They're both nice wheels but I like the 928 CS wheels much better also and am looking for an original set for my 89 GT.

If they're 7J fronts they are 944 clubsports. The 9J rears are 928 part numbers. 928 clubsports have an 8J front. The 8J has a curved-out edge like the rears (but less so), whereas the 7J has the flatdish shape.
I have 944 clubsports on my 86.5, they still look good, but won't make anyone's 89 original. I figure they're still just as wide as the flatdishes on the front, so one's not losing anything running them.

I don't know where you got your info but the front wheels are identical to the rears - not flatdish. The spoiler is new still in wrap, why is a picture neccessary. Will guaranty condition.

7J16 with 65 offset is a 944 club sport wheel...The 928 has a 8j16 with 60 offset on front...the rears were both 9j16 with 60 offset.. Easy to find the 7 inch CS rims...very hard to find the 8's... If you look at the pic Mike posted of the Black 89GT..you can see the dish on the 8's....whereas the 7 inch CS rims are convex.. Both still have the cut outs compared to the flats...but the dish is key..

You are absolutly correct - just took another look at the wheels and the fronts are similar but not exactly the same. Since only the rears are CS wheels I'll probably just keep them. Sorry for the confusion.

The fronts are CS rims too... They do have more value over the standard S4 flats and the D90s..just not as valuable as the 928 CS rims.. Not sure what the 9 and 7" sets are worth, but sets of true 928 CS rims go from 1000 to 1500 depending on condition etc..
I think the Club Sport style of rim is the best looking stock 928 rim out there..like others have said though..too bad they are 16's..
