Default pump/diaphram

Up near the radiator overflow tank I have a little round pump/diaphram looking thing with a 2 pin plug coming out of it just hanging there. In and out there is a 1/4 hose fitting on either end there is a part number on it VDO 92864151300. Anyone know of this beast and what it is.

Its the coolant level warning pressure (delay switch) its too delay the signal from the coolant level sensor when starting cold , the pressure switch will complete its contact(internal) when the pressure builds up .
It reduces a false level warning light when started cold .

the fitting should have a hose connecting it to the overflow tank then to the top outlet of radiator( the small hose) there should also be a wire harness that connects to it

There is a 2 pin harness that I unplugged from it and a bit of 1/4 hose about 3 inches long. It has been totally araldited around the rim of the switch...obviously leaking. Can anyone post a pic of its origin and ending.
I have emailed Roger for replacement.

Both of my '84's have the same leaking issue with this part.

Problem is that when it leaks it drips directly on to the ABS/BrakePad round connector, mine had been completely destroyed when I bought the car. I am now on my 4th pressure switch, admittedly I've been buying used rather than new, but the new price is pretty steep. Anyone found a cost effective solution?
