Where can you get et65 wheels that fit a 928 in the UK that aren't ridiculously expensive?!

They only come on eBay like once every 6 months and they're really expensive ! (£400 for a pair of fronts only)

Spacers won't work as they reduce the offset, not increase it. Spacers will only be useful if can find a pair of ET70 front rims.

Rawky, your best and only bet is simply to keep looking, and when you see the original Porsche items, BUY THEM. They are incredibly rare.

I got a full set of mint ones off eBay for £250 a couple of years ago, still easily the best steal ever off eBay. I later sold them for £750 with lightly used Contis. They do occasioanlly come up, but not often.

Why is the et 65 so important for you? I run et52 on the front and they are flush with the edge of the arch.

The reason I don't use lower offsets is because they encourage understeer

He often has used 928 wheels (best to phone)

I bought a set of 4 (used) for £200; not from Paul!!

Marton, ET 57 is pretty good. New wheels with ET 65 hard to find, if available at all. Or you have to go the old school Gulli Deckels.

No ET57 is dangerous.

Your car, your decision, your risk..... I don't care

Just don't tell other people they are good because their injuries will be on your conscience!

Porsche fitted a 8" ET60 wheel on the front of the CS/SE 928. You are suggesting that going a mere 3mm out from that is somehow dangerous?

I said prettygood, as in close, but not perfect. Your right, I don't know if ET 57 is dangerous or not. Everybody should make his own decision. If you want to stay factory, Porsche specs are ET 65. I don't care for your tone though. I'm done here.

Hi Rawky

Try "Sport Design" wheels from a 993 or 996...similar to these >>> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-C...spagenameZWD2V

Ignoring the fact these are American and chromed..you can get the same on Uk Ebay usually fairly cheaply...

These are mine.... [IMG][/IMG]

They are 10x18 rear with a 65 offset and 7.5x18 with a 52 offset front with a 3 mm spacer on the fronts which SHOULD make the offset worse but in real life improved the handling drastically lol...

All the best Brett
