Hi guys & girls 
Does the 32V engine have such a thing? And if not, how hard would it be to fit?
The reason I`m asking is that I plan to use a DTA S80 engine management system with "Coil per sylinder" configuration, and the factory say I must have cam sensors to do that. Any of you BTDT? BTW, the S80 can use both hall and magnetic sensors.

Hej Ketil,
here's some pics from a 16v supercharged 928 engine in a car for sale a couple of years ago here in Sweden with an after market fuel ignition control system and as you can see they have added their own sensors to the camgears.
And please ignore the incorrectly installed cam bealt, it was discussed already back then:-)

I`ve been WAY too busy the last 2 months

Good to know that I can use the standard hall sensor Aryan

But really, if I never saw or worked on a 928 before I would think that the belt would go the same way. That idler gear is one of the stupidest things Porsche did on this engine. What a horrible stop-gap measure to augment a really bad design. Then there's the disabling of the tension light for a certain time until the engine warms up. Way too much bier when the tension system was designed
