In keeping with the old adage, "cheap and easy first ...".

Are you running the Kuhmo's at the Porsche recommended psi or a couple pounds under the Kuhmo recommended max at cold?
Infrastructure is getting bad everywhere. Some of our surface streets here in Midland, Tx were suffering from minor base failure, wheel pathing, minor to medium pavement pushing, and were camouflaged with seal coat projects and plain old oil shots. Several years ago Pattycakes the Wunder-Weissach started taking what amounted to near uncommanded turns particularly while accelerating -low overall speed- after red lights at major intersections. The problem also arose on Interstate 10 and 20 particularly when approaching off ramps.
Had new Kuhmo's and a four corner balance/alignment on a Hunter laser machine after I did the height
adjustment with my approximate weight in the drivers seat.
Make sure the steering wheel is centered -shaft/box-. If the steering wheel is off a tad we tend to try centering manually without thinking about it, and then constantly STEER the car -lot of corrections-.
In my case, the city and state eventually milled out the old road surface and relayed the asphalt.
That solved MY problem.
Not discounting the other great suggestions ... just going cheap/easy first. You might try some newer/nicer roads and see if the problem stays or goes away for a test.
As to the wheel bearing caps ... sometimes they are a mother bear sometimes easy. If you pull them annually it becomes a quick/easy task. If you have problems check the archives.
Let us know the cure/outcome.
Good luck.
