Default is something missing here?

Hello everyone. After looking under my car to check for some things, I noticed some threaded holes without screws. Is something missing here?

That looks like the A/C compressor and maybe aftermarket. Extra holes for other applications.

Wow. Thanks for the quick reply Roger. I do know that the PO fixed the A/C himself, so it makes sense that it could be an aftermarket part. The A/C blows ice cold.

Thanks again!

some compressors have multiple holes for other applications .....now looking past the compressor there is also another hole that you cant see in the picture, this is for the early cars shock mountg for the engine, its on the lower cap for the rear control arm mount
