Default OEM 928 wheel offsets

hello, don't know much about 928's but i'm looking for some phone dial wheels to put on my scirocco with adapters. i need a higher offset wheel such as 944 late offsets (52mm.) recently i've seen some 928 wheels up for sale so i just want to know the different offsets that 928's came with. i'm not sure if they kept the same offsets throughout the cars lifetime or changed it as they did with 911's & 944's.

any info appreciated.

also, i've seen a set of 16x7's from a '78 928 with a part # of 928.361.016.00--anyone know this offset?

thanks

928.361.016.00 is 7x16" ET65 like all 7" 928 wheels. Unlike 944 and 911, offsets in 928 didn't change. There aren't old and new offset wheels for 928. They are all just 928 wheels and will work in all model years as long as they fit on top of brake caliper used in each model.

thank you, thank you, that's exactly what i needed.

i think i might need the high offset 928 wheels for my scirocco so if anyone in LA has any cheapo 928 phone dials in either 15X7 or 16x7 (any condition) they want to get rid of, let me know.

thanks,
