Why, oh why, can't Porsche bring it back looking like that?
Maybe I'm a 928 Koolaid drinker, but the design still looks fresh to me. Flush up the glass, recess the wipers, put some 18-20" wheels on it, and it would be as current and beautiful as anything out there short of the Aston Martin DB9, IMHO.
Awesome work with these pics. One suggestion... try elongating the car a bit in the one of Sterling's. The door looks scrunched and the wheelbase looks too short. Part of what worked so well on yours is that the wheelbase appeared to be normal.
If I could get my paint to shine like that I'd send you one to do up. Great stuff!
That looks awesome! Realisticly though, intead of being slammed, what would a "usable" sized tire look like on the chopped version. This is probably within the scope of some of our more ambitious (read: mental illness) 928 owners like STERLING.
Beautiful car-- I've always loved the blue. You have one of the best looking 928 cars on this site.
Late Iris Blue is the best exterior color Porsche ever came up with. I used to have a 968 in that color. Pretty much every day people would go out of their way to compliment it.
