There is a receptacle plug hanging around the top of your passenger side cam bearing - should be tucked down there in the space between the cam tower and body. Should be easy to find.

It's the cam position sensor output that triggers the ignition. Separate system from the fueling side of things.

There is a bar across the top of the motor that is connected to each wing.

Follow the bar across & on the opposite side of the car to the distributor there is a white connector under the bar and near to the wing. That connector is on a wire that runs to a small black box on the wing; box is located some inches from the bar in the direction to the windscreen.

By "wing" he means the fender .... the connecter jumps out of the main harness and is several inches away from the spark box. The signal does go to the spark box as well as the tach and injection brain so the injection knows the RPM.

It the green wire supposed to have a conector on it? All I have is 2 prongs. Also I don't have any conectors off my engine harness that it would connect to. A pic would really be helpful if any 1 has 1.....
