I don't think its a TV - Probably just another show off amp under plexiglass - not very practical though. Assuming the car runs NOS why isn't anything mentioned...?

Ahhh, THAT'S how they played the (1st generation) x-box!
Maybe it was converted by a stereo shop as a "show car." I saw a 928 here in Omaha sitting out back of a store that they told me was intended for the same purpose, but luckily in their case they never got around to it.
