Larry. It's customary to start your own thread with symptoms rather than piggy back on another no start thread. However, you may try the same things that I provided for Don.

So, take some spare plugs, put them in the front plug wires, and lay them on the cam cover. Then crank and look for a blue spark. This is preferred to chasing relays, wires, EZF, ign amp, coil, dist, wires.

If you have spark, return the plug wires to the front plugs in the engine, and remove your air cleaner. with a fire extinguisher nearby, spritz some carb cleaner into the intake in back while the engine is cranked. It should start briefly then die as the prime burns out.

Let us know what the results of these tests are. We're also still waiting to hear back from Don.......

Oh Don? What say you?

Sorry on the net manners - I am not skilled on these matters (not even sure what 'thread' means). I have checked for spark as I not only read your posts on this matter, but, as I said, I did have many years experience in Chevy repair. I'm checking power at the CE panel, but this isn't going too fast as I have many other projects and my 'helpers' are at work or away at college. I need to check B11 as I'm not sure if the relay coils are getting trigger power. I do have power at U11 and U12 and no spark. I still need to check ohms to ground for the 85 terminals on the CE and continuity to the harness plug at the LH. I think I have an ignition switch problem - I suspect B11 will be dead or intermittent. The dash lights work, but I hope there is another post on the ignition switch for the actual ignition power. There are, as mentioned, ~ 12v at the coil 15 terminals.
BTW, the relay wiring in the attachment is missing the feed for the injectors - according to the WSM the fuel pump relay also supplies both sides of injectors.

With key on, check for 12V at CE panel B23 and F25. Those go to the jumper plug for the alarm. If this has voltage, you'll have to jump three relays. Locate relays XX, XXV, XVI. Put a jumper in pins 87 to 30 on all of the sockets. Try cranking it. The fuel pump should be running. If it doesn't start, check or replace the crank position sensor. It's located on the top of the crankcase, at the very back just where it mates to the bellhousing. You'll need to move so stuff out of the way to get down in there.

Also, see if there is someone near you that can swap your LH and EZF controllers.

BTW, a thread is what you start when you need help. In the upper left of the panel there should be a button that says 'New Thread' or something.

I'm sorry I didn't take the time to read all the posts here's my two cents.
1.check for spark
2. check for signal to injectors
3. check fuel pressure.
if you have all these try the connection at the crank censer.
