Any clues?? (Something is draining my electricity - rv)
Something is draining my electricity!
Example: I can drive forever without any lights on, and stop the car..start it again. BUT, if I drive with the headlights up, the amp -meter shows like 10 amps, not 13-14 where it is supposed to be. And when i stop after been driving with lights on, it will not even turn over. The battery shows aprox 13 when car is off, while running about 14,5. What the hell??
Not sure about the word "amp" but guess you know what I mean:-) lol...

I guess I would try to find a place in the wiring harnesses that feeds power to the lights and motor and get the amp draw readings then unplug things one at a time until the culprit is discovered.

Sounds more like your alternator is malfunctioning - take it out & have it tested.
However you may want to first buy a Digital Multimeter and verify the voltage readings - it could be your dash voltmeter (measures Volts not Amps) is reading off - however if your battery is getting drained as much as you say - you clearly have a real problem...
It may also be a ground connection in the pod area that is making poor connection or a poor power connection at the engine jump post or Central Electric panel - that may make the voltmeter fluctuate when other equipment is on. You will need to measure each of these voltages and see where the issue is located...
Are you having to charge the battery in between running? Does the charge light come on in the dash when the voltage is shown as ~10V?
It could also be just a connection problem at the alternator (check that the small wire is attached...)
