Bad switch, connection, or fuse in that order.

There is only one fuse for both on all years - so if the passenger side works - its either the switch, the wiring or the motor. The connections are in the forward area of the console (trace the wires from the switches). If you take the passenger side panel off this is usually enough to find them. Swap the connections for passenger & driver switch (they are the same) what happens now? if the left window still doesn't work and the right still does - both switches are OK and its the left motor/wiring. If the left now works and the right doesn't - its the switch... keep eliminating...

the connector for the DS window is at the lower front of the console and the PS is on the PS so both sides of the console have to come off. To remove the switches from the console try pushing them out from behind with a finger this seems to create less damage to surrounding areas

Motor migth need attention. My passenger side motor was stuck, due to lack of use, and only needed some "massage" to start running again. Took motor apart and cleaned carbons and gave crank a little lubrication, has been working now for 10 years or more.........
