do you think they couldnt figure out how to get the power brake booster in after the engine was in?

It's always surprised me no one has dropped in a complete C5/C6 powertrain. I'd much rather try that than to do a bellhousing adapter.

I went for a ride and it ran great w/stock tranny.

How about a Ford 5.0. I have always been a Ford guy, but I guess Chebbys are the way to go for ease of parts when needed. You can get sbc parts anywhere.

The "Boys From Illinois", Thomas Hall and Eric Adolphi, ran one this past weekend in the 120 speed class at the Pony Express 130 in Battle Mtn, NV. I think they took third in a crowded class. Sorry. I didn't take any pics ...
