Default Jumping EFi Relay

On 81 Euro S, just replaced fuel pump and filter and I now have a working pump but no gas at injectors.

Wanna jump the fuel injection relay - I assume that the pins are 30 and 87?

If there is a problem with the relay, is there a generic one that can be sourced locally, or do I need to order from our Porsche suppliers?

Thanks

update - looks as if a fuel pump relay is in there - I take it that this would cause the no fuel issue. There is no part number on the relay, but the schematic and the pins are exactly the sme as the fuel pump relay

Ken,

My '81 is not a Euro, but in order to jump the EFI relay on mine you need a 3-way jumper. You do have to jump between 30 and 87, but there are two on one side.

Okay - I double jumpered the FI relay - and I have gas at the injectors!!!!

Next, the no spark issue. I replaced the "green wire" with a new one. I have a new coil on order, but going to see if I can track it down any further

Not completely mechanical...

Good work on jumping the relay. FWIW, I had a local electrical parts supplier look through all their relays. It's a weird one and they didn't stock it. I had to order one.

See if you have power to the coil and then go from their.
