windshild wipers and brake lights not working

Default windshild wipers and brake lights not working
I have an 82 automatic, all fuses appear to be fine i was wondering if they both used the same ground?

no difference, the wipers started to work, i replaced with a new fuse just to be sure, but the brake lights still wont work consistantly.
