I'm with Andrew. I've had Audi units stick in the past. I've fixed them by either spraying them down with brake cleaner or soaking them in a bucket of gas for a couple hours. They get oily/dirty residue in them from sucking junk from the PCV system. If it's leaking, it's not dangerous to your engine. That air has already been accounted for by the MAF. The ISV works by bypassing air around the throttle. It's a controlled/metered air leak.
