Throttle valve screw 928GT

My '90 GT will stall in idle while hot (not when cold or warming up), unless I keep the throttle down just a bit. In an effort to fix it, I pulled the intake manifold. Everything under it is new: MAF,Idle regul. , TPS and all hoses and gaskets. I see nothing wrong and there are absolutely no Vacuum leaks, unless it leaked by the intake runs, or between lower and upper manifold. The engine idles at around 20 "Hg and the vacuum holds for at least a day after I shut down the engine.
But I did find that the throttle switch would sometimes not click at closed throttle, so I shifted it slightly. The switch now works perfect.
Hopefully that will solve the problem.
Oh yes, and I tested the Idle regulator. It's clean and works perfect.
The attached pictures show the lower intake manifold. I wonder about the small adjustment screw, with jam nut, that's visible on the 2-nd picture. That is the stopper screw of the throttle. Should I turn that in just a bit? That would give a little more air to the engine when releasing the throttle. Has anyone here ever adjusted this screw?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

You need to rotate that clamp by the throttle cable, easy place for it to bind.
Make sure the TPS is engaging when you open then close the throttle. You should hear it click shut.
