I have not run a Carfax on it, but the owner said the title is clean. The car runs fine and everything works except for the central door lock. It has about 200,000 miles, new clutch 5 years ago, timing belt 4 years ago, new head seal 2 years ago, new tires with wheel alignment. The interior is in good condition about 8.5 out of 10, a few cracks on the dash board. The paint looks ok with a few dings here and there. The hatch does not seem to align properly on the right hand side, may be the car was in an accident. The car is out in the middle of no where, so a PPI is out of the question. How much do you think this car worth?

More info but generally speaking, somewhere between 7-15K. Would likely need a TB job, so subtract 1K. 5 speed with a good clutch, add 2K.
So lets start at 8K. Does it have any special options? Sport shocks, LSD, 12way or sport seats, special color, uprated wheels, good mods? A good maintanence history (more than you've listed) will add to it as well. For me to consider a high mile 928 would require substantial records to back it up. I want to see that someone else dumped in the cash to break 200K. Otherwise, I don't want to be stuck with the bill.

It is worth what you are willing to pay... and the owner is willing to sell it for.., Whether it is a good deal or not depends on its options , condition and if YOUR happy with the purchase.
W/O pictures and a know owner history.... it's speculation. "may be the car was in an accident."
