Are you able to build any pressure with the bleeder pump? That's about the only reason I can think of, unless you've replaced the MC and/or adjusted the pedal hight to the point where the MC piston cups are blocking the reservoir ports.

I think it happened when the booster was replaced. Is there any difference between the booster/MC interface across model years?
