Default More alternator improvements

Hi,
I finally mounted my smaller alternator pulley on Carl's high output 175 amp Mechman alternator. The standard pulley is about 2-1/4" diameter and matches my stock pulley. I found a 1-7/8" pulley which Mechman custom-machined for me. The threaded stud on the shaft of the rotor is quite short and they bored out the pulley recess to a bolting thickness of 0.250". I pulled the alternator, impact wrench exchanged the pulleys and re-installed.
I am able to set my idle down to 1000 rpm in Park, which equates to 675 rpm in Drive at a stop. With trans in Reverse, headlights, a/c, and a/c blower on speed 3, I get 14.0 volts measured at the jump post w/engine rpm of 675.
Link for the pulley is:

It's a 6 groove pulley but works fine with standard 5-groove belt. Hope this might help others with charging problems.
