Many if not all '91 S4 had Design 90 wheels. Other than that, Registry info is fairly accurate.

Stock wheels on an 89 were 7.5" F and 9" rear. The GT came with 8" F and 9" rears. The GT had 60mm offsets both front and rear, don't remember the offsets on the S4.
