Default For all you pasha lovers out there...

had my shark out for a little TLC the other day, and took a few interior pictures.
Note the 911-style seats which are exclusive to the '81 ROW, AFAIK. Enjoy

Looks great! Original? Seat condition doesn't seem to match the mileage.

A fellow Aussie rennlister got them for me. They seem to be mandatory down there.

They are not "wind up" but adjusted to a fixed length. Works great though. My plan was to get OEM 1981 3p rear belts from Australia, but I gave up my search when I got help to get the appropriate new ones.

(Thanks for the positive comments, you guys!)

Neither does the technical condition, all moving parts including the drivetrain are new or rebuilt over the past 5 years.

Seats were an unbelievable lucky find though.. they vere used only for a short while, because the owner got recaros. I was able to track them down, at two separate locations, and they had been stored in a dry attic, and seems to be in perfect condition.

The interior is all vinyl, also note the lack of sun roof, rear sun flaps, interior lights in the doors, rear storage and cruise control.

The truth is that I have this car up for sale now, but I will probably never sell... even the missus tells me not to. But I accidentaly stumbeled over this amazing barn find, and have to let the shark go:

Your barn find, if I'm not mistaken, is a R10? Is it a 1100 or 1300?. There is one of those sitting in my farthers garage partly restored. I learnt to drive in one of those (ended up rolling it).

How much of that Pasha material is left in the world anyway??? I know it is pretty rare. That is one of the reasons I like Paul's solution too...the leather will outlast the material BIG TIME not to mention resist staining better and be easier to clean to boot.

I do love the cloth seat, but I would want it in a regular driver...show cars only!

And here I was thinking I was the only one in love with my checks (sad to say, I didn't realise it had a name either). Or is pasha the black and white specifically?

I think is the name for any of the checks and I don't know WHERE the name came from... Always wondered that...
