Default Fresh Air Blower Electrical Help

I am having a problem with the fresh air blower not working at all unless the lights are on. This all started when I replaced the inside temperature sensor in the center console. I did not touch any other wires except the plugs that are required to be disconnected to remove the center console. These plugs are the micro switch for the center vent, the center air temp sensor, AC switch, central looking, HVAC flap controller plug and the HVAC fan plug. Before I started this little project the fan speed selector, and flaps worked just fine. Another concern is when the AC is turned on, the HVAC controller emits a buzzing sound. With the lights on the fan will operate in all three speeds. What did I do?

List of items I have checked.
fuse- All the fuses in the car have been checked
relay- Replaced the 53 relay with another 53

*Fixed it was a connector issue.
