I would trade for an OB+cash if anyone is interested. I would sell it and buy a 5 speed but I can't go without a vehicle so I figure this is a decent option... but I don't see anyone interested in a trade.

Thats because no one is crazy enough to trade a 5 speed for an auto, even when comparing cars of the same condition........well maybe that Roger guy.....he hates 5 speeds.
5 speed S4's typically carry a $5K premium (if not more) then a similiar auto.....i guess you werent aware of that.

There is a 84 I believe Euro or with Euro fenders very close to where I live maybe a mile or so. Its sitting in the sun it runs. When I last checked the guy wanted $2200 for it clean title. Its missing the front S spoiler though. It is a 5 Speed

ahh. I see now. Why are you wanting to trade after all the **** you've been through with the car? If you get into another car, you'll just have to start the cycle again of dealing with new issues.
