Whatever it is, its still K-jet or CIS with that fuel distributor above. The angled WUR in the first pic is typical of 4.5L units. Mine is a 4.7L S, and my WUR is in line with crankshaft, FWIW. Get the Bosch part no off the WUR, and then look that up on a Bosch application list, should confirm/deny 4.5L. Where the ATR is stamped, no sign of M28/xx ?

The 4.5L WUR bosch number ends in 036 up to June/80, then goes to 087. The 4.7L S unit ends in 086 for all models, until LH starts, which has no WUR. Do a web search for 'boschefi_vehicleapplications.pdf' and download it for reference.

http://specialtauto.com/fuel-distributors.html

Here it says that it is fitted on both 4,5 and the 4,7L.....Goddamn this was a hard one to crack. Looks like a dyno.

You have 4.5L K-Jet Runners, WUR and upper plenum. I'm willing to bet you have the 4.5L throttlebody, too. Your block may have been replaced with a 4.7L, but you will not get the extra power with the 4.5L intake setup. It would make sense to me when they changed it out, not change the whole engine, just the block to keep their costs down. Like Jim stated earlier, your cams are most likely 4.5L too which means negligible power gain even on a dyno. IMHO, of course...
